Kawaii Cuisine: Crab chips salad

For one portion:

3 big leafs romaine lettuce or 4 small

3 radishes

3 Capri tomatoes (or whatever you have)

¼ package Uggs Crab Chips

For the dressing:

2 soup spoons plain yogurt

olive oil

parsley

black pepper

Cut the lettuce and the radishes. Put some salt and smash them tenderly with fingers. Mix and stir the dressing to a homogenic mix. Top the salad and put the chips in the center. Garnish with the tomatoes. Serve with a smile (at least).
