“This town, is coming like a ghost town
All the clubs have been closed down”
Financial District was really looking like a ghost town on this Halloween night. The power in most of downtown Manhattan is shut down (even though the Bulgarian bar Mehanata was working rain or shine or hurricane). Here are some photos.
