Millennial pop artist Nick De La Hoyde with debut EP “Passion”

It’s an undoubtable fact that Internet changed the music industry forever, just the same way it changed pretty much every aspect of our lives. Well 20-year old Australian singer/songwriter/rapper Nick de la Hoyde fully grasps the networking power of the Millennial generation – with over 150k followers on Instagram and over 20k in his YouTube channel he uses wisely all the tools available in this modern techy era to get your name out there.

In the current musical landscape, there are no longer barriers. You don’t have to be from New York or LA to be a rap artist, poetry and pop music can go hand-in-hand, and an MC doesn’t need to shy away from wearing his heart on his sleeve. Proving all this, Nick mixes hip-hop, soul, R&B and spoken work to create a blend to call his own. He also just happened to recently release his debut EP “Passion”, combing the talents of production duo and brothers Joseph & John de la Hoyde as well as renowned Hip Hop producer Lemoyne ‘LA’ Alexander. The result is emotional blend of hip hop, pop and alternative rock, evoking visions of the future whilst still deeply embedded in the past.

Couple of months ago the second single from the album “By My Side” – a sweet, romantic love song with a matching black and white/color video – followed.
