2 toasted slices rye bread
1 tillapia fillet
1 leaf romaine lettuce
sliced tomato
For the sauce:
Tartar sauce
Ketchup
Shiracha
A little bit of black pepper
Wash the fish fillets and cover them in fish fry (Kraft Oven Fry Fish Fry do a very good job!). Pan fry in olive oil till golden. Set the fillets on a piece of kitchen roll to make them less oily. Toast the sliced bread and coat one side with the mixed sauce. Put on the fish on the coated side, then put the lettuce and the tomatoes and close with the other sauce-coated slice. Get a bite and say “Meow meow!”.
